The Prestressed Concrete Association of Pennsylvania is a non-profit industry organization of prestressed concrete bridge beam manufacturers approved by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a material source and located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The purposes of the organization are:

To advance and stimulate the prestressed concrete industry and to promote the use of prestressed concrete.

To disseminate knowledge and information relating to the composition and use of prestressed concrete.

To stimulate and encourage more extensive research relative to the manufacture and use of prestressed concrete.

To promote and educate on behalf of the prestressed concrete industry as a whole.
